Experimental Research into the Repair of High Temperature Damage to Cement Mortar Samples Using Microbial Mineralization Technology

Experiments such as microbial activation culture, subculture selection, and fire damage repair of cement mortar specimens were conducted to investigate the repairing effect Sporosarcina pasteurii a agent for fire-damaged cracks in specimens. In addition, multi-scale parameters compressive strength chloride ion migration coefficient before after restoration compared. The mineralization technology on was investigated, microstructure mineral composition products analyzed. results showed that strong alkaline environment high temperature 500 °C inhibited activity bacteria weakened effect; repaired 22.8% higher than unrepaired specimens; reached 78.2% original specimen without temperature; restoration, penetration resistance decreased by about 16.9% compared with restoration.
